1. Shipping Costs:

• We have set delivery cost of £2.50 for UK orders. Other shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your products.
• You can upgrade to Express Delivery for £4.99
• We offer free shipping on orders over £25.00

2. Processing Time:

• After you place an order, we'll get it ready for you! It can take up to 2 working days to process an order before it’s ready to be shipped.

3. Delivery Time (UK):

• Orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 hour service - So once your order has been dispatched, you can expect to receive it within 3 working days

4. Tracking Your Order:

• We'll send you an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can keep an eye on it as it makes its way to you.

5. Delays:

• Sometimes things happen. If your order is delayed, we'll let you know ASAP. We're not responsible for delays due to weather, strikes, or other unexpected events, but we'll do our best to help you out!
